Weekend at Ma & Pa's

We spent this past weekend at Ma & Pa's house. Emily was such a trooper. She did not have a nap on Friday, she took an EARLY, hour long nap on Saturday and was at Aunt Le's & Uncle Buzz's house by about 8:30 (which is early for us :) on Sunday! I was so proud of her. We had a family shower on Saturday and Emily looked so cute! It was great to see everyone and I was glad that Emily got to meet them! Here are some pics of Emily with Ma & Pa.

Teddy Bear Tea Party

This was so cute, I had to take pictures! Emily and "Bear" had a tea party the other night :) Emily fixed their food, sat them down, got all of their utensils, said the prayer and then they ate together. It was adorable!

Gymnastics!

On Mondays Emily takes a gymnastics classes for ages 18 months - 3 years. She LOVES it!! Today I actually remembered to take the camera to get some pics! They have 2 rotations. Today was tumbling and bars. Next week it will be trampoline, tumbling and beam and I will try to remember the camera again! Enjoy!

Where's Your Name?

While we were on campus Saturday, we found all of our names on Senior Walk . . . even Emily :) She had so much fun and it made the LONG walk to the stadium a little more exciting!

Emily's 1st Razorback Game!

Emily went to her first Razorback Game on Saturday. She was so excited about it all week!! We have now decided that we are not going to tell her about things until the day of the activity...every day last week she woke up asking to go to the Razorback Game! She loved the game! She would say "What's happening Mommy?"! It was so cute. She did the Hog Call and danced and clapped with the band! We hope you enjoy these pics! Fun at The Fair!

We went to the Fair in Fort Smith on Friday night. Emily was actually big enough to ride one of the rides all by herself...so grown up! She loved getting to pick out what ride she wanted to ride next! This is something her and her Daddy had looked forward to for awhile! Today was a very lazy day for Shelly & Emily :) We worked ALL DAY on Emily's Abby Cadaby puzzle and I am proud to say that she can now do it all by herself...what a big girl!!! Since the weather was so nice, we played outside for awhile! I thought these pictures were cute!

I also wanted to share what happened at supper tonight. Emily said our prayer before supper and it went something like this:

"God is great....do this Mommy (folding her hands).....God is great....do this Mommy (folding her hands another way....God is great...do this Mommy (folding her hands yet another way)...God is great....do this Mommy (I didn't realize there were so many different ways to fold your hands)......Ok, God is great, let us thank him for our food.....Amen.....Let's eat :)"
